80/20 Program pricing

Choose the boundary. Keep the finish fixed.

Three nine-week packages for one company, one priority audience and an agreed commercial outcome. The package changes the breadth of the build—not the discipline.

A strong fit

For you if

  • Leadership is ready to choose one priority audience and outcome.
  • You are preparing to launch, reposition or enter a market.
  • You can provide evidence, access and consolidated decisions.
  • You want a useful system and a fixed finish—not an open-ended retainer.

Not the right shape

Not for you if

  • You need unlimited production or an embedded delivery team.
  • There is no empowered decision-maker available for the gates.
  • The audience, outcome and scope must remain open throughout.
  • You are looking for media spend, software licences or ongoing channel management.

Questions

Before you book.

See the nine weeks
Who is the program for?+

B2B companies preparing to launch, reposition or enter a new market, with leadership ready to focus on one audience and a priority commercial outcome.

How do we choose a route and package?+

The 25-minute scoping call checks fit and identifies the likely route. The written proposal then confirms the package, outputs, responsibilities, timing and fixed fee.

Does every package run for nine weeks?+

Yes. Every package follows Decide, Make and Release across nine focused weeks. A larger package coordinates more output; it does not remove the decision gates or fixed finish.

How much time will our team need?+

You provide evidence and access, join the leadership sessions, give consolidated feedback and make decisions at the end of weeks 3 and 7. The proposal names the people and inputs required.

How are revisions handled?+

The sprint includes refinement against the approved brief at the planned review points. A change to the audience, outcome, route or agreed output is a scope change and is priced before work continues.

What is the agreed AI workspace?+

It is a practical workspace using approved company context, templates and usage guidance for the agreed work. The platform, access and boundaries are confirmed before kickoff.

Who owns the completed work?+

You own the completed, paid-for assets and guidance created for the engagement. Third-party licences, platforms and pre-existing materials keep their original ownership terms.

When is the price confirmed?+

The prices shown are starting package prices. Your written proposal confirms the final deliverables and fixed fee before kickoff; work starts only after approval and the agreed payment.

What is not included?+

Open-ended production, ongoing retainers, media spend, third-party software, unplanned routes and outputs outside the written scope are not included.

What happens after the fit call?+

If there is a fit, Squaircle sends a written proposal. Once the scope, fee and start date are approved, we schedule the knowledge download and leadership sessions.
